If you, or someone you know, is an aspiring film maker, here's your chance to win $25,000. The Wyoming Film Office is now accepting entries for their 2015 Short Film Contest.  The grand prize will be awarded to the best film based in, or about, the Equality State.

Applicants are encouraged to submit their entries online at www.wyomingshortfilmcontest.com. After conducting a public vote, which will narrow the field to 10 finalists, a panel of judges will select the winner on May 1st.

Last year's winner, Charlie Craighead of Moose, WY, explored the issue of water conservation in his documentary "Till The Well Runs Dry". Craighead advises this year's contestants to "look at an issue or story that IS Wyoming", and present in a personal way.
