3rd Annual Downtown Sidewalk Chalk Art Festival Set For July 6th In Downtown Casper- (PHOTOS)

The 3^nd Annual Pancake Breakfast and Sidewalk Chalk Art Festival will take place Saturday July 6^th, 2013.  The event will begin with a free Kiwanis Pancake Breakfast at 8:00am outside the Downtown Development Authority located at 109 W.  2^nd St.  The Sidewalk Chalk Art Festival is free and open to all ages and talent levels and will feature Zak Pullen and other local Casper Artists.  The Sidewalk Chalk Art Festival will begin at 10:00am on the sidewalks throughout Downtown Casper.  Participants can pre-register at the Downtown Development Authority and at the Fairgrounds Arena Offices or by visiting www.centralwyomingfair.com.
