You're invited to the 6th Annual Ta-Ta Trot Breast Cancer Awareness Run on Saturday, October 3rd @ 8 am.  Rocky Mountain Oncology presents the Ta-Ta Trot and proceeds will benefit the Wyoming Foundation for Cancer Care in support of all local cancer patients in need of assistance.

October is National Breast Cancer Awareness Month, a time when individuals, companies and charitable organizations help to bring one of the most important women's-health issues to the front of public conversation. It is a great opportunity to help spread the word about breast cancer and help everyone, not just women, learn more and find out how they can help.

Allow us to share with you a few key pieces of information Breast cancer:

  • Breast cancer is the second-most common cancer in American women (following skin cancer).
  • There are more than 2.9 million breast cancer survivors in the U.S., and about one out of every eight women will develop invasive breast cancer in her lifetime.
  • It is the second-leading cause of cancer death in women (following lung cancer).

The good news is, you can help (even if you don’t look great in pink).
