THE HEAVIEST SNOW IS EXPECTED TO FALL BETWEEN 5 AM AND 11 AM. * SNOWFALL TOTALS...3 TO 5 INCHES ACROSS THE NORTH HALF OF THE COUNTY. 2 TO 3 INCHES IS EXPECTED IN CASPER. LOCALLY HIGHER AMOUNTS POSSIBLE. * MAIN IMPACTS...ROADS WILL BE SLICK TO SNOW COVERED. VISIBILITY WILL BE REDUCED IN AREAS OF HEAVY SNOW. SOME DRIFTING SNOW WILL OCCUR IN OPEN AREAS.
