UNDATED (AP) — Carmelo Anthony tied his career high with 50 points to lead New York to a 102-90 win over Miami for the Knicks ninth straight victory.

Anthony finished 18 of 26 from the field, reaching 50 on a jumper with 16.9 seconds remaining. J.R. Smith scored 14 and Raymond Felton added 10 for New York.

Chris Bosh scored 23 points for Miami, which played without LeBron James, Dwyane Wade and Mario Chalmers, all held out with injuries that are not believed to be serious. Miami had its 17-game home winning streak snapped.

The Knicks beat the Heat in three of their four regular-season matchups. They likely would not meet again before the Eastern Conference finals.

Elsewhere around the league;

— Dwight Howard's 24 points and 12 rebounds helped the Los Angeles Lakers slam Dallas 101-81. Kobe Bryant chipped in 23 points as the Lakers moved back into a tie with Utah for the final Western Conference playoff berth while dropping the Mavericks 1 ½ games back.

— John Wall had 27 points, nine assists and eight rebounds to pace Washignton to 90-86 win over Chicago. Emeka Okafor scored the go-ahead dunk in the final minute to help Washington win for the eighth straight time at home. Wall was 8 for 17 from the field and 11 for 13 at the free throw line. He's averaging 23.7 points and 8.6 assists during the home winning streak.
