In cooperation with the City of Casper, the Casper Area Transportation Coalition and The Bus have received funding from the Community Development Block Grant program to assist passengers who are low to moderate income with receiving CATC tickets and/or bus tokens at no cost.

The application process has been simplified this year. Applicants are encouraged to bring proof of income and/or if they are receiving food stamps.
This program is designed to assist with meeting a portion of the transportation needs of those that are low income. It is not designed to pay for all of the transportation needs that may arise.
Applicants must reside in the City of Casper, the Town of Mills or the Town of Evansville.
The subsidized ticket/tokens applications will be available beginning Thursday Sept 17, 2015, through February 2016.

Applications will be available at 1715 E. Fourth St. from 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m., Monday through Friday.
No applications are available before this date.
