Casper Recreation Center Operating Hours And Drop-In Times To Change May 13

Summer is nearly here, and with it brings a change in hours at the Casper Recreation Center. Beginning May 13, the Rec Center will be open Monday through Friday from 5:00 am-8:00 pm, Saturdays from 8:00 am-6:00 pm, and Sundays from 1:00-6:00 pm. Summer hours also bring a new schedule for drop-in sports times at the Recreation Center. Drop-in pickleball, basketball, and volleyball will be offered at the times listed below.

United Blood Services announced an emergency appeal for type O-negative blood donors. Last weeks’ winter storms in MT and WY severely impacted blood donations in our fixed sites and our mobiles, with two centers having to close for two days. In addition, recent traumas have caused increased usage; demand for type O-negative blood has outpaced the supply significantly.

Well it's week 28 of my Ideal You Weight Loss & Wellness Journey, and after a not so great Easter week weigh-in, I had a fantastic week! I am back on target and even though these last 10 pounds are most difficult, they will be the most rewarding! I lost 3 pounds and .75 inches! That puts me at a total of right at 65 pounds lost as well as 34 inches overall!
