According to TMZ, only days after they both performed separate concerts at Cheyenne Frontier Days, Miranda Lambert and Blake Shelton have officially filed for divorce.

Which explains why Miranda broke down on stage during her CFD performance Saturday night. Just before the encore, Miranda began crying during the second verse of "The House That Built Me". At the time, some people in the crowd speculated that her recent throat problems may have been the reason for her loss of composure.

The song was originally written by Shelton, who gave it to Lambert as a gift. In 2009, it went on to become the first big hit of her career. During her emotional moment at CFD, the sold out crowd took over and sang along for the remainder of the song. After the song, Miranda mouthed the words "thank you" and "I love you" to the crowd.
