With fall fast approaching, the third season of ‘The Voice‘ is upon us, and with it comes a new set of advisors to our favorite four coaches. Assisting Blake Shelton this season is not a fellow country star, but soulful pop crooner Michael Buble, known for his butter-smooth, Rat Pack style. This is a big prediction, but with Blake and Buble working in tandem, we’re thinking back-to-back season wins for Team Blake. Can you say, “Repeat?”

According to Yahoo!, NBC confirmed Buble’s addition to the panel. The ‘Home’ singer, who began taping his appearances in Los Angeles on Monday (July 9), described himself as a “big Blake fan” and is said to be having a terrific time working with the country superstar. Last season’s Team Blake advisors were Kelly Clarkson — who is now on her own singing competition series, ‘Duets’ — and his wife, Miranda Lambert. Their combined efforts helped push Jermaine Paul to a big win for Team Blake.

The other famous faces who will advise Shelton’s co-coaches have yet to be announced. Producers certainly went “big” with the first confirmation, and we’re happy Shelton is starting off strong. Buble is a big get — and judging from the photo above, he and Shelton are having a grand old time with the contestants.

‘The Voice’ Season 3 starts Sept. 10 on NBC.
