Whoo!Hoo! when was the last time we saw multiple bands at the Wyoming State Fair? Earlier this year it was announced that Hunter Hayes would perform on Tuesday August 13th, now comes word that Brantley Gilbert will be headlining on Wednesday August 14th with the talents of Chancey Williams and The Younger Brothers Band as openers.

Brantley Gilbert is one of those guys who is a great songwriter, performer and has recently added to his bearing , at least in my eyes, by getting engaged to the lovely Jana Kramer. Gilbert has been touring the United States and enjoying the success of his sophomore album Halfway to Heaven.
James Goodrich, director of the Wyoming State Fair says,
“Brantley Gilbert is an accomplished songwriter, high energy and dynamic performer, and a rising star in Country music today, We’re excited to continue the momentum we built with the 100th by bringing another one of country music’s rising stars to the Wyoming State Fair.”
Brantley has had a great amount of success with his own music and hits like “Country Must Be Country Wide,” “My Kind of Crazy,” “You Don’t Know Her Like I Do,” and “Kick It In The Sticks,” but has also been a key songwriter for Jason Aldean  penning some good ones like “The Best of Me,” “My Kinda Party,” as well as  “Dirt Road Anthem,”
The Wyoming State Fair is a showcase of Wyoming agriculture and industries. Stationed in Douglas, Wyoming since 1905, the State Fair also represents Wyoming heritage and culture with a focus on education, competition, and entertainment for all ages. The 101st Wyoming State Fair will be held August 10-17, 2013.  For more information on the Wyoming State Fair, visit www.wystatefair.com.
Tickets for the Brantley Gilbert and Hunter Hayes concerts will cost $20.00 each and will be available through the Wyoming State Fair office in early summer.
Here's a little something from Brantley to get you excited.
