I've always wondered why it was so hard to extend breakfast items on a fast food menu past the morning deadline of 10:30 A.M.?  It's a prime and baffling example of a company choosing not to make billions of extra dollars, but that might finally be coming to an end.

McDonald's is making the move toward serving breakfast - ALL DAY LONG!

The plan is to start making breakfast items available any time of the day at a few spots in San Diego next month and if things go well, (why woudn't they?) it could roll out nationwide later this year.

McDonald's current policy is to stop serving breakfast at 10:30 A.M. on weekdays and 11:00 A.M. on weekends and they will REFUSE to serve you that Egg McMuffin or McGriddle you love so much, if you ask for it at 10:32 or 11:02!! Trust me, I've tried!!

People have been clamoring for McDonald's to serve breakfast items all day long for years, but they've always refused because they say there's not enough grill space.

Guess we will find out for sure, next month!!
