Car Dealers Are Charging For Test Drives

As gas prices have jumped dramatically over the past 4-6 weeks, commuters are not the only one feeling the pinch at the pump.  In fact, many car dealerships are now feeling the crunch so much that they are starting to charge for...you guessed it - Test Drives.  Well, sort of - they're asking you to top off the tank before you bring it back.

In California, if you want to take a test drive before you get the keys at some dealerships, you must sign an agreement to bring it back with the same amount of fuel you left with.
