Casper City Council Casts Final Vote On Smoke Free Ordinance

The Casper City Council is seeking public comment Wednesday, before they have the third reading and make their final vote on the Casper Smoke Free Ordinance.

If you'd like to attend the council meeting, it begins at 6pm (arrive early to get a seat) at Casper City Hall - 200 N. David Street.

Proponents of the Smoke Free ordinance are asking for your support Wednesday evening in these extremely important meetings.

In order to become law, the Casper City Council must vote to pass the ordinance three times at three separate meetings. Wednesday nights meeting will be the third vote on this ordinance. The first and second votes have been successfully passed and its important to note that the ordinance included language that will also impact local private clubs.
