UPDATE: No Charges Against Man Talking About Suicide At Casper College
UPDATE: The young man taken into custody Tuesday night was an 18-year-old and not a student at Casper College.
He was apparently talking about suicide and was looking for a friend to discuss his personal issues.
He was taken into custody in the library and did not offer any resistance.
A Police spokes-person says the man had a BB in his backpack, but he didn't use it.
The man was not charged and was taken to the hospital.
There was an alert sent out from Casper College tonight, that locked down the Student Center and instructed students to shelter in place.
They were searching for a white male wearing a hoodie, jeans and glasses.
Within ten minutes Casper Police had arrested the suspect.
