The WSHL Playoffs begin this weekend as instate rivals are set to face off in Casper in the first leg of the battle for the WSHL Thorne Cup.

The Casper Coyotes (29-17-6) finished 4th in the Mountain Division standings and will host the Cheyenne Stampede (17-32-3) 5th in the Mountain division.

The best of three game series begins on Friday night, March 17th at the Casper Ice Arena.  The series will drop the puck on Friday and Saturday nights at 7:30 pm, with a 3rd game if necessary starting at Noon on Sunday, March 19th.

Tickets are $12 for adults, $7 for seniors, students and military.  Casper Coyote season ticket holders will have to purchase playoff tickets.  Click Here to Purchase Tickets online.

The winner of the Coyote vs Stampede series will travel to Fort Collins, Co. to face off against the Colorado Jr. Eagles beginning on Friday night, March 24th.

The other first round WSHL Mountain Division playoff match up features the 3rd place Utah Outliers (30-18-4) playing host to the Superior RoughRiders (15-31-6), with the series winner facing the division winning Ogden Mustangs.
