Casper Family Connections is pleased to announce that they will be starting a Co-Parenting class on December 1, 2014. This class is designed for parents of children that are separating or divorcing. The class will offer strategies on how to deal with many aspects of this decision and how it will effect your children in years to come. It will also address how your children will have “One Heart and Two Homes” and how to make that an easier process for your children.

The class will start on Dec. 1st and run through February 9th, 2015. The cost is $50.00 per person and each participant will receive a workbook and certificate of completion at the end of the class. Participants must be registered by November 17th, 2014

Casper Family Connections is a non-profit agency founded in order to provide children who are unable to live with one or both parents, a safe and conflict-free environment in which they may have a healthy contact with the noncustodial family. We strive to provide services that treat the family as a whole and are customized to their specific family needs. Our goal is to promote reunification by strengthening parent-child attachment and reducing the potentially damaging effects of separation.

The targeted population that we serve are the families that are in crisis; specifically, vulnerable families dealing with child abuse and neglect, parental substance abuse issues, domestic violence and separation and divorce. Casper Family Connections is committed to providing Natrona County with quality, specialized services in regards to at-risk children and their families that may be impacted by separation and the court process.
