Casper Rec Center’s Fall Fitness Classes Starting
As the kids head back to school and with Fall is right around the corner, now is the time to get back into your exercise routine. An there is a bunch of new classes being offered at the Casper Recreations Center.
From controlling weight, sleeping better, improving mood and having more energy to combating health conditions and diseases, the benefits of regular physical activity are hard to ignore. Come and join us for one of our fall fitness classes offered at the Casper Recreation Center beginning the week of September 4.
BodyPUMP classes are offered Monday & Wednesday at either 5:45 am or 5:30 pm or Wednesday & Friday at 9:00 am. This 60 minute workout challenges all you major muscle groups by using the best weight-room exercises like squats, presses, lifts and curls.
Forever Fit is a special comprehensive fitness program designed for the 55 plus crowd, but also great for those just starting a fitness program. Improve circulation, flexibility and fitness level with a warm-up, low impact aerobics, weights and stretching. Class meets Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 8:00 am.
Zumba Fitness® is an exhilarating, effective, easy-to-follow, Latin-inspired, calorie-burning fitness-party™. Class held on Tuesday & Thursday at 5:30 pm.
NEW Hatha Yoga will relax and invigorate your body, mind and soul with basic yoga breathing techniques and gentle to moderate poses.
You can try any of these classes FREE the week of August 27-31. Don’t delay–class sizes are limited so be sure to register early to guarantee a spot and ensure your favorite class will be held.
