From controlling weight, sleeping better, improving mood and having more energy for combating health conditions and diseases, the benefits of regular physical activity are hard to ignore. Register now for the next session of fitness classes offered at the Casper Recreation Center.

RIP classes are offered Monday & Wednesday at either 5:45 am or 5:30 pm or Wednesday & Friday at 9:00 am. This 60 minute barbell workout challenges men and women of all ages and fitness levels by using traditional strength training to tone muscles and burn calories.

Forever Fit, one of the most popular classes, is a special comprehensive fitness program designed for the 55 plus crowd, but also great for those just starting a fitness program. Improve circulation, flexibility and fitness level with a warm-up, low impact aerobics, weights and stretching. Class meets Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 8:00 am.

Zumba Fitness is an exhilarating, effective, easy-to-follow, Latin-inspired, calorie-burning fitness-party that’s moving millions of people toward joy and health. Class offered Tuesday from 6:00-7:00 pm, Thursday from 5:30-6:30 pm or Saturday mornings at 9:00 am beginning the week of March 2.

Come and try out your first class for FREE, just sign in at the front counter. You can register for the class or buy a Fitness Punch Pass, $55 for 10 classes, or pay $6.00 per class.
