Casper’s Friends Of NRA Chapter Celebrates 20 Year Anniversary

The Casper chapter for the Friends of the NRA is hosting their annual fund raising banquet this Saturday, April 14th at the Parkway Plaza. Come enjoy dinner, live and silent auction items, games and tons of opportunity for you to win a weapon.

The moment you walk into a Friends of NRA banquet you’ll notice that the atmosphere is brimming with excitement.  Keep your eyes on a favorite silent auction item, while trying your luck at a gaming table.  Enjoy delicious food, fellowship and fun with family and friends.

This year will extra special as Casper’s FRNA chapter is celebrating their 20 year anniversary and are only one of a handful of chapters nationwide that can claim 20 consecutive years of supporting the NRA Foundation and Wyoming Shooting Sports and Education.

Tickets for the banquet are $45 per person and can be purchased in advance or at the door the night of the banquet.

The Friends of NRA banquet has one fundraising goal in mind – the future of shooting sports. Since 1992, Friends of the NRA has raised over $180 million for the NRA Foundation, a 501 (c)(3) charitable organization impacting millions of lives.

The NRA Foundation provides critical funding to firearm programs on a local, state and national level. Foundation grants enable shooting sports related programs to develop, expand and enhance educational programs and deliver valuable services to millions of Americans.

Every year, the Friends of the NRA state funds committees decide on programs and projects to fund on local and state levels and over 180 NRA nationally supported programs.
