Central Wyoming Fair & Rodeo To Host 3rd Annual Open Class BBQ Contest!

I know some of the folks around the Radio Ranch have some serious BBQ skills.  They are always showing off their creations via social media, but I have yet had the chance to taste even one of them! Let's see if we can change that!  The Central Wyoming Fair & Rodeo is hosting their 3rd Annual Open Class BBQ Contest on Sunday July 6th, 2014.  The contest is open to all skill levels and prizes will be awarded.  If you've got what it takes, bring prepared meat to the Central Wyoming Fair & PRCA Rodeo Industrial Building on Sunday, July 6, 2014. Judging will be at 5:00pm.
Meats that can be used are:
1. Beef
2. Chicken
3. Fish
4. Lamb
5. Pork
6. Seafood
7. Wild Game

Entries are scored in the following areas:

Appearance
Tenderness/Texture
Taste

The scoring system is from 9 (excellent) to 2 (bad)
All numbers between two and nine may be used to score an entry. Six (6) is the starting point.
