Chefs Recreate McDonald’s Big Mac Combo

It might be hard to admit, especially in this PC, health-conscience society that we live in today, but you know that we all love us some McDonald's.  Don't bother lying, either.  I know-because everytime I go to get my Big Mac™ fix, the line at the drive-thru practically extends out into the street. 

This is kind of a neat story.  Toronto has a new weekly city magazine called The Grid.  In it, we found a great challenge to area chefs--deconstruct a McDonald's Big Mac™ combo (sandwich, fries, soft drink) into a five-star dish.  The results were very surprising.
