Police responding to a call arrested Carter and an accomplice, and also found 10 more cell phones and three laptop computers in the Taurus. (Atlanta Journal-Constitution)

She told reporters, "I finished it the night before graduation. I did most of it in the last week because I'm that kind of person. I procrastinate." (MSNBC)
