Wyoming is one of the states with the least amount of characters allowed on license plates. Keeping that in mind, how many of us have our license plate number memorized? Remembering a few numbers and letters shouldn't be that difficult, right? The maximum characters on a normal Cowboy State plate is seven: two for the county code on the left of Steamboat and five to the right.

Considering I have veteran military plates, I remember the first two digits of mine, only because the "MC" stands for Marine Corps, but I had to step outside of the station to check my last three digits.
