A man was arrested and the Wyoming Department of Family Services was called Sunday after a man reportedly found a marijuana grinder in his daughter's pajamas.

Joshua R. Remillong, 34, was booked on a misdemeanor marijuana possession charge, which at most could land him in jail for six months.

Court documents say a man called Casper police shortly before 5 p.m. Friday after reportedly finding a marijuana grinder inside his daughter's outfit.

The girl's father told police that the child's mother and the mother's boyfriend -- Remillong -- dropped the child off at the father's house shortly before 3 p.m. The child played with toys for a few minutes before the father's friend picked the child up.

Then his friend pull a silver object out of the child's clothing. The friend immediately recognized the object as a marijuana grinder, according to the affidavit.

The affidavit also says the father opened the grinder and found an unspecified amount of marijuana inside.

The father told police he knew Remillong smoked marijuana frequently, but finding pot in his child's clothing was the last straw.

An officer met with the child's mother and Remillong at their home, where Remillong reportedly said the grinder wasn't his.

He did allegedly admit to having a pipe inside the home and said he smoked marijuana, but never around the children. He reportedly said he always had the bedroom door closed when he smoked.

Another woman told police she had previously seen Remillong smoking marijuana inside the residence while children were home, according to charging documents.

Remillong and the child's mother reportedly consented to a search of their home. Officers allegedly found marijuana shake in two containers. The marijuana was not enough to be weighed, court documents say.

A Department of Family Services agent arrived on scene and developed a safety plan for Remillong and the child's mother.

Remillong was arrested for possession and taken to the Natrona County Detention Center.
