When it comes to getting the maximum out of Wyoming's short growing season, it's best to get some expert advice.

I typically have decent luck when it comes to flowers, trees and taking care of my lawn. I do have some pretty nice hostas. The $1,000.00 I spent on trees was a mistake. They're all dead.

Definitely an atmospheric difference here in Wyoming than in Alabama, I could grow anything there. Well, I made the decision to get some different opinions from some of the best horticulturists Casper has to offer.

Special thanks to Tom Heald, Wyoming Plant Company, Cyndi Jozwik, Johnny Appleseed Greenhouse and John Dennis, Home Depot, Casper.

Watch the video for tips on how to better deal with the harsh conditions here in Wyoming.

Hope these tips will yield the best results in your gardens and yards.
