TRAVELLERS AROUND THE LOWER ELEVATIONS OF NATRONA COUNTY WILL ENCOUNTER STRONG AND ERRATIC WIND GUSTS AND AREAS OF BLOWING SNOW WITH 8 TO 10 INCHES OF FRESH SNOW TO BLOW AROUND.
