How to be Successful Before Breakfast
According to a recent study done by Entrepreneur Magazine, people who are successful have very similar habits and they all begin BEFORE breakfast.
The study reveals that our will power is strongest during the morning hours when your mind and body are fresh and alert. Successful people all try to do these same things before breakfast to get their day started. Not every item every day, but you might try adding several of these habits to your morning routine on a daily basis.
Habits successful people do before breakfast
Wake up early. It's the only way to get a head start on the day and grab some time for yourself.
Exercise. Get your workout in before it gets squeezed out by the days appointments and activities.
Work on an important business project.
Work on a personal project that your passionate about. Waiting until after work and you'll rarely have energy to do something creative.
Spend time with family.
Network over coffee.
Meditate to clear their minds.
Make notes of things to they're grateful for.
Organize the day, plan and strategize while they're fresh.
Catch up on the news.
