Did Jon Cryer take a jab at former co-star Charlie Sheen on national TV?

During Comedy Central's first Comedy Awards over the weekend, Jon told the audience he was "kind of a private person" who felt that it's "important for an actor to keep out of the public eye." Then, he added, "Luckily a lot of talented people are working on shows that are still in production."
