The Kelly Walsh Trojans football team really needed a win to solidify thier place in the class 4A high school football playoffs. They went on the road tonight to Cheyenne to match up against Cheyenne Central, a team that is looking to fight thier way back into the state 4A playoffs. Cheyenne  made a statement. The Trojans did not. With a chance to clinch the No. 5 seed, the Trojans struggled to move the ball consistently against a stingy Cheyenne Central defense and the Indians were able to take advantage of their opportunities, topping Kelly Walsh 35-0 in Cheyenne.Week 8 will have a lot of drama in Class 4A as the final four postseason seeds are still to be determined. Kelly Walsh and Cheyenne Central both stand at 3-5 while Laramie, Cheyenne South and Evanston each enter Week 8 at 2-6.  Kelly Walsh hosts Laramie at 7 p.m. on Friday. Cheyenne Central will host Evanston at 6 p.m. on Friday.
