Man Shoots Train in Bizarre Act of Revenge

After a train killed his friend, Mark Anthony Bruce decided the best way to seek revenge was, well, to try to kill a train himself.

To accomplish this ill-conceived vengeance, the 47-year old Tennessee man allegedly approached a train that was stopped on the railroad tracks near where his friend, a deaf mute, had been struck and killed last month.

Using the threat of his AK-47, Bruce cleared the area of the railroad employees who had stopped the train to do a routine inspection, then opened fire on the vehicle.

Luckily, no one was injured during the barrage of bullets, and police were eventually able to arrest Bruce, who is now facing charges of aggravated assault.

According to police, Bruce was (surprise, surprise) drinking and doing drugs before the incident.
