May 14th’s The Date For Miranda And Blake

Be watching the mailboxes for your invitation.  Blake Shelton and Miranda Lambert have set a date for their upcoming nuptials.  They've dated for five years, been engaged for one, and are about to become the newest of Nashville's power couples. 

It's going down May 14th.

Both have seen their careers skyrocket within the last several months, and this will certainly be one of the most talked about and anticipated weddings of the year.

Miranda recently spoke to Cowboys and Indians Magazine, revealing that the wedding will take place in an undisclosed location.  She also drops that  Blake played it "old-fashioned" and asked her father for her hand, and that she feels it's an advantage to marry someone in the same business.  "He's been through everything that I've been through, even during the early stages.  so he always has some advice or a solution about whatever happens.  He's somebody I can look up to as a mentor, but he's also somebody I can vent to, because he's like my other half."
