NCHS Receives Written Terroristic Threat For Halloween-Press Conference (VIDEO)
On October 29, 2012, Natrona County Schools Superintendent Dr. Joel Dvorak, Casper Police Chief Chris Walsh, and Natrona County High School Principal Dean Kelly addressed the public and the media regarding the October 31 threat made against Natrona County High School.
It appears that the School District and the Casper Police Department feel NCHS will be safe to send your kids on Halloween. They are asking that no students wear costumes that day.
