The weather is warming up and the Casper Recreation Center has a great lineup of classes to help you get into shape for those summer months. There are several classes to get your blood pumping and your fat burning beginning the week of April 16th. Be sure to register early to guarantee that your favorite class will be held.

BodyPUMP classes are offered early morning on Monday and Wednesday from 5:45-6:45 am, Wednesday and Friday from 9:00-10:00 am or Monday & Wednesday from 5:30-6:30 pm. This workout challenges all your major muscle groups by using the best weight-room exercises like squats, presses, lifts and curls.

The Forever Fit class will improve circulation, flexibility and fitness level with a warm-up, aerobics, weights, chair exercises and stretching. This special fitness program designed for the 55 plus crowd will help maintain a better state of physical well-being and is also great for those just starting an exercise program. Class meets Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 8:00-8:50 am.

The ever popular Zumba Fitness® is an exhilarating, effective, easy-to-follow, Latin-inspired, calorie-burning fitness-party™ that’s moving millions of people toward joy and health. Classes are offered on Tuesday/Thursday from 9:15-10:15 am or 5:30-6:30 pm.
