Join the Casper Recreation Division and the Community Recreation Foundation in celebration of the furry, slimy or scaly loved ones in your life at the 2014 Pet Fest.

This free event is open to all pets and their people and will include a costume contest, pet talent contest and other surprises.
The Pet Fest will be held at Washington Park in the grassy area southeast of the outdoor pool on Saturday, September 13 from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm.

The Central Wyoming Kennel Club will also be at Pet Fest hosting their Responsible Dog Ownership Day which will include “Meet the Breeds” and doggie contests.

At noon, the Wyoming Missing Canines will have a memorial service with balloon release for missing dogs. Anyone who has lost a pet recently may participate.

Pets must be under control and on a leash or in a kennel and must be accompanied by owner at all times.
In addition to the contests for pets and their owners, pet-related vendors are invited to come and show their wares, provide information booths, or have demonstrations throughout the event. Prospective vendors may contact Lori Spearman by phone at 235-8473 or email lspearman@cityofcasperwy.com.
