The 2 day, Casper Invitational Golf Tournament wrapped up on Tuesday at the Paradise Valley Country and it was very competitive at the top of the leaderboard. On the ladies' side, Isabell Salas from Green River was the individual medalist, shooting 79 and 76 and won the tourney by 11 strokes. Salas placed 2nd at last year's 3A State Tournament. Maddie Griffin of Kelly Walsh was 2nd with rounds of 86-80, Shelbi Gardner of Sheridan 3rd as she carded rounds of 79 and 87. The 4th place finisher was Natrona's Cheyenne Ward at 84 and 83 with Camryn Wagner of Sheridan taking 5th with rounds of 86 and 86.

In the girls' team standings, Natrona took 1st with 512, Sheridan 2nd with 522, Kelly Walsh was in the 3rd spot with 532, Cheyenne Central 4th with 6-1 and Green River was 5th with 625.

For the boys', Isaac Schmidt of Kelly Walsh placed first with rounds of 72 and 74, Natrona's Robert Vigneri was 2nd, one stroke off the pace with a 74 and 73. Schmidt by the way took 10th at last year's 4A State Tournament. In 3rd place was Nash Coleman of Cheyenne East with rounds of 76 and 72, Garrett Spielman of Sheridan was 4th as he carded rounds of 74 and 74. Kelly Walsh's Josh Lane placed 5th with a 76 and 79.

Cheyenne East was the runaway winner in the team standings with 610, Kelly Walsh 2nd with 630, Natrona 3rd with 643, Cheyenne Central was 4th with 652, and Sheridan 5th with 669.
