Pizza Saves Woman’s Life

WMC-TV 5 in Memphis reported yesterday that an alert pizza delivery driver is being hailed as a hero, after possibly saving the life of a senior citizen.

How you ask?  Simple...Jean Wilson led a quiet life except for the fact that she's eaten pizza every day for the past three years.

Driver, Susan Guy is usually in charge of delivering the large pepperoni, and said that Wilson could be counted on like clockwork. 

"We make her pizza every day before she even calls, because we know she's going to call," delivery driver Susan Guy said.

However, when they didn't hear from her for three days, Susan became concerned, and insisted on the clock, or off, that she be allowed to check on the woman.  When there was no answer at the house, she talked with neighbors who hadn't seen her leave and that prompted Susan to call 911.  Police arrived, knocked down the door, and found Wilson lying on the floor unable to get up, or reach a phone.

Who knows how this story would've turned out had Jean Wilson not been a regular pizza eater?
