Hot, high pressure will be overhead the Cowboy State today.  With the atmosphere continuing to dry out and the lack of flow of moisture from the south, thunderstorms and showers are going to be very hard to come by today.  There may be a rumble of thunder around the mountains, otherwise conditions are expected to stay dry.  Rather, expect sunny skies with highs in the 80s and 90s.

On Thursday and Friday atmospheric moisture starts to sneak back into the ridge of high pressure.  This will allow for a few gusty thunderstorms to form mainly in the west on Thursday.  By Friday the chance for isolated thunderstorms in central and southern Wyoming increases.
