You have died of dysentary.

If you grew up in the 80s or 90s, you probably remember that phrase from the classic video game "The Oregon Trail".

Introduced in 1974, it became a staple for elementary school students as they learned about 19th century pioneers travelling through Wyoming on their way west.

The game sold over 65 million copies and was inducted into the World Video Game Hall of Fame. Earlier this year, Time ranked it 9th on their list of the 50 Best Video Games of All Time.

Although it's no longer used a teaching tool in elementary schools, the game has enjoyed a recent resurgence  as young adults rediscover the game online.
