On Tuesday afternoon May 20th, severe thunderstorm warnings and flood warnings started popping up across Converse, Platte and Goshen counties in Wyoming. Penny size hail, heavy rain and frequent lightning were predicted to accompany storms as they made their way across Wyoming.

Shortly after 5PM a thunderstorm moved across the community of Torrington, WY dumping copious amounts of hail and over 1.8" of rainfall in a short amount of time. Flooding followed as the town was inundated.
