Shania Twain Tumbles At CMT Music Awards [VIDEO]

Shania Twain has faced some hard knocks in life and last night, she took one more. This time, Shania fell victim to a slick floor as she slipped and fell while making her way out to present the award for Best Male Video at last nights CMT Music Awards.

Shania got right back up after the fall and presented the award. Once she got back to her hotel room, she created this video which she tweeted to all of her fans to let them know she was fine, just a bit embarrassed.

Shania also announced her comeback effort to regain her place among today's country music superstars. Her tour will be titled - Still The One - and will start out as a two year run at Caesars Palace Resort and Casino in Las Vegas, NV.
