The Smithsonian Channel has recorded a documentary about Wyoming from a unique angle.

'Aerial America' is one of the channel's most popular shows featuring, you can probably guess, geographical images from an aerial perspective.

The show has been on since 2010 and now features footage from all 50 states, plus many U.S. territories.

Wyoming's episode spends a great deal of time on Yellowstone and the Jackson area. They also spotlight Cheyenne and the fact that Wyoming was the first state to give women the right to vote.

You can watch many clips from the show here. The full episode will air on the Smithsonian Channel next on December 8th.
