An incredible heart warming story!  Trent Glaze is a High School Senior with Muscular Dystrophy and a love for the game of football. Having never before played the game, he got the chance of his lifetime to roll on to the field and contribute. <!--more-->

Trent is a captain for his schools team and has earned that "C" on his jersey with his devotion, inspiration and leadership.  With the crowd chanting his name, Trent got a chance to make the memory of a lifetime!
