Summer evenings spent in Washington Park are a great respite from the daily grind.

The neighborhood treasure will host Casperites for Sinclair Casper Refineries Community Summer Movies Nights, beginning on June 10th.

Movies will be shown the second and fourth Friday of each month running through August, 26th. These movies are free and open to all. The show starts at dusk.

A different local charity will sell popcorn at each event to make money for their individual cause. Food vendors will also be available for those who choose to make an evening in the park.

The Community Summer Movie Nights will begin with a movie that depicts a pre-historic dinosaur living in Wyoming.

The lineup of movies are:

June 24th - The Peanuts Movie

July 8th - Minions

July 22nd - Alvin & The Chipmunks: Road Chip

August 12th - Norm of the North
