Ropin' and Riggin' Days is a PRCA rodeo and is the 8 time regional rodeo of the year.

According to prorodeo.com, PRCA saddle bronc rider Travis Darling died Oct. 29 when the pickup truck he was driving ran off FM 487 near Rockdale, Texas, skidded sideways and overturned. He was 23.
