Conservative country star Hank Williams, Jr. is getting his own radio show just in time to weigh in on the presidential elections. The outspokenly gun-loving, liberal-hating singer is getting set to produce three two-hour radio shows that are slated to air in the weeks before Election Day.
Hank Williams, Jr.‘s latest release, ‘That Ain’t Good,’ is one for working men and women all over the country. With a bluesy country sound that beckons back to Williams’ heyday as the rowdy king of country in the ’80s, the lead single off of Jr.’s upcoming ‘Old School, New Rules’ album is an honest-to-goodness blue collar tune. All were tasked with fleshing out and setting music to the words Williams wrote in old notebooks he carried with him — notebooks that sat in a vault for decades after the country legend’s death in 1953.
