Many people have different opinions when it comes to how they want their children to be raised. A hot topic of conversation in Wyoming is whether or not it is legal to spank children.

When it comes to child rearing, there are a lot of different methods. There are some that don't believe in physical discipline at all, while others believe "spare the rod, spoil the child".

When I was a kid, one of my biggest fears was getting in trouble and being punished by my parents.  Knowing that if I acted out and was in hot water enough to be punished, I'd have to face my father and his "Belt".  Growing up in the south, many parents believed then and even today in the bible's teachings of - "Spare the Rod, Spoil the Child".
