Over the past few months people have been contacted over the telephone by individuals claiming to be with the IRS. They will state you are delinquent on your taxes. They will also claim to be Publishers Clearing House and you have just won a large amount of money. Both of these are scams. Anytime someone calls you and mentions a "green dot card" in the conversation, this is a type of scam. Hang up and do not fall the scam.
