A year ago, the Band Perry was just another young country trio with a brand new album and a bunch of big dreams to its name. Things have certainly changed for the Perry siblings — not only do they stand to win as many as five CMA Awards next month, but they’ve sold nearly a million copies of their full-length debut.

And the numbers for their signature hit single, ‘If I Die Young,’ are even more impressive: the RIAA just certified it triple platinum, for sales exceeding three million copies

“Although we’ve planned, prepared and prayed for this moment for the past 13 years, we’re still a little overwhelmed by the warm welcome we’ve been given,” gushed the band. “Birthdays have always been celebrated big in this family, so to have a one-year-old album and hear that ‘If I Die Young’ has touched so many people … it makes us feel that we’re sharing our celebration with all of you.”

The band will next be seen on ABC’s ‘Dancing with the Stars,’ where they’ll perform on the October 18 results show episode. Their latest single, ‘All Your Life,’ is currently just outside the top 20 on Billboard’s country chart.
