Money makes the world go round and property is no exception. Real estate is considered to be one of the most stable forms of investments. There is something refreshingly tangible to buying a house compared to the nebulous stock and bond markets. We found a list of the median home value in each Wyoming county, data provided by Realtor.com. This then helps us determine which area of the state is worth the most ... on paper at least.

It is no surprise that Teton County has the most expensive real estate. No other area in Wyoming comes close to the average home cost topping over 1.2 million dollars. The rest of the counties seem to be more Rodeo vs Rodeo Drive.

The next bracket of homes is in the 300K to 250K average. These are homes in the Lincoln, Park Laramie, Johnson, Sheridan and Cook counties.

For the hard working class there have home in the mid-range from 250K to 200K which included homes in Sublette, Albany, Fremont, Natrona, Sweetwater, Converse, and Campbell Counties.

The last level of home prices are in the 200k to 150K price point. They are homes in Carbon, Platte, Uinta, Weston, Washakie, Goshen, Hot Springs, and Big Horn County.
