Hunting season takes a lot of planning.

Some people don't realize how much work really goes into it.

It's important to make a schedule to keep things on track:

1:00 a.m.  Alarm Clock Rings.

2:00 a.m. Hunting partners arrive and drag your sleepy butt out of bed.

2:30 a.m. Throw everything into the truck but the kitchen sink. Actually, you should have been packed and ready YESTERDAY.

3:00 a.m. Leave for the deep woods.

3:15 a.m. Back home because you forgot your gun.

3:30 a.m  Back home again because you forgot ammo.

4:45 a.m. Drive like hell to get there before daylight.

At some point, you get there. You realize you left the tent at home.

DAYLIGHT  Finally! You see a deer.

Point and pull the trigger.

C L I C K !

Load gun while watching deer go over the hill.

No idea what time it is but the sun is up.

8:00 a.m Head back to camp.

9:00 a.m Still looking for camp.

10:00 a.m Look for a cell phone signal because you are lost.

12:00 p.m Fire gun for help.

12:02 p.m. You're getting hungry at this point. Eat wild berries.

12:15 p.m. Ran out of bullets calling for help. Eight deer show up.

1:00 p.m. Squatting in the woods because berries are causing a problem.

1:15 p.m. Rescued and rushed to hospital.

3:00 p.m. Arrive back at camp.

3:15 p.m. Friends talk you into going back out for more hunting.

4:00 p.m. Return to camp for more bullets.

5:00 p.m. Empty gun shooting at a squirrel that's been bugging you.

6:00 p.m. Arrive back at camp to see six deer grazing by your tent.

6:01 p.m. Find the last remaining bullets. Load gun. Shoot at deer. Hit pickup truck.

6:30 p.m. Start walking home with friends who are cussing you out.

Bet you just can't wait to go hunting next year.
